another way to escape the rat race.
I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?
For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.
I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

How Long Should You Persevere With Network Marketing?
There are several questions you must ask yourself at every stage of your desire to have a home business. When you are first starting, you must ask yourself if this is really right for you. As you build your business, you must ask yourself what your resources and responsibilities are. However, once you have been in business for a while, and perhaps once you have hit a rut in the road, you must ask yourself how long you are willing to persevere. It is a natural phenomenon in business, similar to beginner’s luck, that the first while in business is easy and exciting. Think of this as the honeymoon phase. However, as you continue to earn money, you may find it is less exhilarating, takes more work, or requires more emotional energy to get out of bed each day. This is both normal and expected. Before you decide to quit, though, there are a few tools you should make sure you have taken advantage of. If you can utilize these tools and help revitalize yourself for your venture, you might find your perseverance pays off in dividends.
First, ask yourself what places you most like to frequent. Do you have a favorite local coffee shop? A gym you enjoy going to? If so, have you utilized these favorite hangouts as tools for your business? Have you handed out your card? Have you talked to people on the treadmill? When you make your card visible and accessible, and are there to answer questions and begin conversations, your mlm and networking business will run much better! Additionally, you get out of the house and away from the computer that may have started to feel like a jail.
Second, have you looked for support among the local network marketing community in your area? There are likely interest groups or chat groups you could join that might afford you suggestions, fresh ideas, and a missing sense of camaraderie. Home work can be much easier when you know you are not alone, and these groups are an excellent source of fresh perspective.
Persevere until you have really looked at your resources and utilized them. Shake your daily routine up a bit, and see if that revitalizes you at all. Sometimes just working alone can be depressing. The water cooler is no fun if you are the only one standing there. Look into your community for people who share your interest and who can help you through this hurdle. If, after utilizing these resources you still don’t feel like you can make it, then you may want to re-evaluate your options. Just don’t make the mistake of quitting right after the honeymoon, because you will earn money you never dreamed of if you can just stick it out!

Isn't MLM The Same As Pyramid Selling?
There are several successful companies involved in network marketing looking for help that it should not be hard to find a home based business opportunity network marketing. However, before you start looking you may want a better understanding of what network marketing is all about and how it compares to pyramid schemes.
There is a vast difference between pyramid schemes and network marketing in that pyramids schemes can only grow so far until they collapse and once they do, for everyone who loses money, someone makes money. Finding a MLM Opportunity on the Internet
Not surprisingly, multi-level marketing opportunities abound on the Internet. If you find yourself signing up to receive information about business opportunities, 95% of what you will receive is MLM. For those who are looking for that type of business, the odds are in your favor, but for those looking for a real business opportunity with immediate income potential, it can be frustrating. For the person who is interested in the world of MLM, you need only search the Internet to find how many opportunities are available.
One of the most appealing parts of multi-level marketing for many people is how easy it is to set up and how little the initial investment is. Unfortunately, those who are new to network marketing and MLM can be led into believing that there is almost no work involved, and sadly, many of the sites that other networks have for the sole purpose of recruiting tell you just that very thing. Unless someone went out on the street and grabbed everyone he saw and dragged them by the hair into his network, there is no possible way that someone can build a network that quickly. Is it deception? More likely exaggeration and an attempt to draw more people into the network so they can make the $60,000 in one month that they are claiming.
When you’re looking for a MLM business opportunity, the key is to look for reality. Don’t believe all of the claims that you see about how quickly the business can start earning money for you because each person is different. Another determining factor is how much time you have to devote to promoting your business and bringing in new members to the network. If both a husband and wife work, there is little time to work on the business, especially if there are children; however, if a wife is fortunate enough to stay home, she can work on the business during the day as she has the time.
The important thing in this type of business is to find the one that suits your needs. Some organizations are set up to require a lot of out of town meetings with the upline, and others are almost exclusively Internet-based. You must choose the one that meets your needs and budget. Are you a biz opp junkie?
Do you hop from program to program, hoping to find the one that will 'make you rich overnight'? The truth is that building an online business is not for everyone. Most will fail. Article submission programs may make the whole process quicker, but it is just not as efficient or effective as manually submitting articles. Before you launch your first Internet home business, you
need to understand the basics. The first step of having a
business on the Internet is having your own website. This is
the major stumbling block for most people. They think
getting a website is expensive or difficult. It's neither
of those things. Actually, it's free and it's easy. In
fact, let's go ahead and get your first website setup right
now.
To do this I recommend using a free tool called Blogger.
Blogger is used for creating blogs on the fly, but a blog is
nothing more than a fancy name for a website. To set up your
blog website now visit: http://www.Blogger.com
Once you arrive, click the "Create Your Blog Now" button
on the page. On the next page enter a user name, password,
display name and email address. Then click "Continue". On
the next page enter a blog title and blog address. These can
be anything you want. Then enter the word verification code
and click "Continue". On the next page choose a template
for your blog (this is what your website will look like) and
click "Continue". Voila... Your blog/website has been
created!
Next, click the "Start Posting" button. A new page will
appear giving you the option to add content to your new
website. Write a title for your page in the "Title" field
and then write whatever you want that page of your website
to be about in the larger data entry field below the
"Title" field on that page. You can use the tools on that
page to change your fonts, make links, format your text, add
pictures, etc. When you're happy with what you've entered
into the page, click the "Publish Post" button. You just
created a new page on your website! On the next page
displayed, you'll see a link that says: "View Blog".
Click that link and you'll see your website live on the
Internet. Pretty easy, right?! ;-) Now you can wash, rinse,
repeat and create as many new pages on your website as you
want.
But let's turn your website into a business first. After
all, websites are a lot more fun once they are making money
for you.
Here's how:
Get back into your Blogger account and click the
"Template" tab. Then click the "AdSense" link near the
top of the page. AdSense is a simple but powerful program

Traffic Strategy 2: Go back to your blog URL/home page and
click the "Next Blog" button at the top of the page. This
will take you to another blog of another Blogger user. Read
through a post or two on that person's blog and look for a
link that says "Comments" and click it. On the next page
you'll be able to type your comments and a link back to
your blog inside a form. Once you've added your comments,
click the "Login and Publish" button; and a link to your
site along with your comments will be added to that blog.
Repeat this process as many times as you want with other
blog websites. This will "link you in" to a network of
sites all over the Internet helping you drive a steady
stream of traffic to your blog.
Blogger is a great tool to launch your Internet home
business, but it's not the only tool you should be using.
To build a solid Internet home business that you can rely
on, you need to register your own domain name and website
hosting account. A domain name is your unique home on the
web that you own and control. Example: domain names are

If you are going to become a successful affiliate on the
Internet, you need 3 "intangibles." These are things that
must come from WITHIN you.

First, you must have a strong WHY.
Why must you make affiliate marketing work? What is driving
you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore
and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?
For me, I couldn't stand working 12+ hours a day anymore
and missing the experience of my children growing up. I also
absolutely HAD TO HAVE the freedom of being able to control
my life and finances through a little box that I could carry
with me anywhere in the world and not be tied to anyone's
time pressures or demands but my own. That was my carrot and
my stick. I felt a great pain deep in my gut of missing out
on my children's lives and the incredible freedom that
succeeding in this business would provide for me. I found my
why. You MUST find yours.

You must BELIEVE that it is possible.
If you don't believe that it's POSSIBLE for you to make
money with affiliate programs or make your living on the
Internet, you won't. It's that simple.
For me, figuring out that it was possible was just a matter
of realizing that many other people were ALREADY making

would just be a matter of figuring out what those people

ground. However, on the Internet you can often start a

No one has ever logged onto the Internet for the first time
and started pocketing dollars in a really short period of
time. As with all things in life, there is a learning
curve.
SOME PERSONAL HISTORY
Just a few short years ago, I was a working stiff just like
you.
One day, I bought and read a book called "Multiple Streams
of Income" by bestselling author, Robert Allen.
Immediately, I began my journey.
Every night after work and after my wife and children went
to sleep, I would get online and explore different ways of
using the Internet to make money.
In the two years that followed, I spent over $10,000 racking
up credit card debt buying eBooks, membership sites, special
reports, opt-in leads, and joining every "guru"
recommended business opportunity that flew into my email
inbox.
I stayed up learning, working, and drinking coffee until
5:00 in the morning, month after month filled with the hope
of making money online.
In my third year of working part-time to build a home based
income, I finally broke through and earned over $100,000 in
just twelve months from the Internet.
BECOME THE MASTER OF YOUR LEARNING CURVE
Research the lives of all of the "gurus." The one thing
that you will learn is that my own experience is not unique.
Most of the high earners on the Internet experienced a
learning curve very similar to my own.
Chances are that your curve will also be similar to mine,
but it is my hope that you can get to the top faster than
even I did. Three years was a long time to struggle, but
every ounce of struggle was worth the reward I have finally
received.
In order to shorten your own learning curve, you must do a
few things differently than the rest of us did. You must
become the master of your learning curve.
THE SHORTEST DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO POINTS IS A STRAIGHT LINE
There is only one way to shorten the curve on the Internet:
You must plan to succeed!
Here is the deal. Most people put up a freebie website and
select a few affiliate programs to add to their website.
Right out of the gate, most people are running for the
finish line without any real plan in mind.
After a few short weeks, people begin to see the writing on
the wall that says, "This is going to be a long hard
road."
People check their hit counters daily for six weeks before
they realize that getting traffic to their free site is
going to be tough.
At this point, they begin developing their first batch of
advertising. Then they spend countless months finding places
to show their advertisements for free. Some make an even
more drastic mistake by blowing thousands of hard earned
dollars on their new and untested ads.
These are the people who will learn the facts of life the
hard way.
In time, they will learn how to make their advertising work
for them, but most will earn very little money from their
affiliate programs.
At this point in the learning curve, most people throw up
their hands and walk away from their dreams in utter
disgust. Instead of a walking away point, this should have
convinced the struggling online entrepreneur that they were
simply traveling the wrong road.
YOU MUST PLAN TO SUCCEED
From day one, you must begin to learn about the nuances of
web promotion. Read everything you can get your hands on.
Don't just read the hype, back it up with the opinions of
others who have reviewed the same programs before you came
along. Learn from their mistakes and successes.
As you begin to learn, you must also look to make a
decision. Do you want to step into a pre-built program that
is designed to help you to succeed, OR do you want to create
a completely new program of which you are the sole owner?

Once you have determined your money plan, then you should

Once you have developed your business plan and marketing
plan and have run them through several revisions, then it
will be time to buy your domain name and to begin work with

copy.
When your site designer and developer have your site
working, you should then undertake significant testing to
make sure everything works as planned. It is much harder to

copy and then shoot for launch. Of course, you already have
a marketing plan in place, so your preparation here will be
simply a matter of putting the pieces of the puzzle into

business, but money invested can shave years off of your
company's growth.

even I did. Three years was a long time to struggle, but

In order to shorten your own learning curve, you must do a
few things differently than the rest of us did. You must
become the master of your learning curve.

There is only one way to shorten the curve on the Internet:
You must plan to succeed!
Here is the deal. Most people put up a freebie website and
select a few affiliate programs to add to their website.
Right out of the gate, most people are running for the
finish line without any real plan in mind.
After a few short weeks, people begin to see the writing on
the wall that says, "This is going to be a long hard
road."
People check their hit counters daily for six weeks before
they realize that getting traffic to their free site is
going to be tough.
At this point, they begin developing their first batch of
advertising. Then they spend countless months finding places
to show their advertisements for free. Some make an even
more drastic mistake by blowing thousands of hard earned
dollars on their new and untested ads.
These are the people who will learn the facts of life the
hard way.
In time, they will learn how to make their advertising work
for them, but most will earn very little money from their
affiliate programs.
At this point in the learning curve, most people throw up
their hands and walk away from their dreams in utter
disgust. Instead of a walking away point, this should have
convinced the struggling online entrepreneur that they were

YOU MUST PLAN TO SUCCEED
From day one, you must begin to learn about the nuances of
web promotion. Read everything you can get your hands on.

along. Learn from their mistakes and successes.
As you begin to learn, you must also look to make a
decision. Do you want to step into a pre-built program that
is designed to help you to succeed, OR do you want to create

Once you have developed your business plan and marketing
plan and have run them through several revisions, then it
will be time to buy your domain name and to begin work with
a site designer and developer. You may need to have your

When your site designer and developer have your site
working, you should then undertake significant testing to
make sure everything works as planned. It is much harder to

a marketing plan in place, so your preparation here will be

$5 into $50,000? Yeah, right!
What is it with people wanting something for nothing?

Doesn’t it make you laugh when so many people, from all walks of life, expect to be able to get a computer, get on the internet and “retire 7 weeks from now” with more money than they dreamt possible!
I’ve used the internet for several years now with my businesses. I get a ton of spam every day, offering me the chance to either turn $5 into $50,000 in six weeks ‘guaranteed’ or boost my sex life with a magic pill that will add an extra couple of inches where it counts! (Actually, I may take them up on that one.)
I used to get angry at these people trying to insult my intelligence with these blatant scams but I don’t any more. If people are greedy enough to want to do nothing and expect someone to build their business on their behalf, I think they thoroughly deserve to be stripped of their money!
Take SFI, for example. I’ve joined their team, and I really recommend you do too by clicking on http://www.moreinfo247.com/9579516/FREE as it’s a really great company. Problem is - too many people expect the company to do all the work for them. Blimey, it’s FREE to join, you get a FREE website and FREE training! What more do they want? They forget that, like the majority of companies, it relies on selling something! Put simply, product has to be moved, or nobody gets paid. They just want to sit on their behinds and expect the money to come flowing in. Just look at some of the products SFI affiliates sell - http://www.moreinfo247.com/9579516/VCL - cleaning products. Everybody needs them. The dial-up internet service on http://www.moreinfo247.com/9579516/ISP is something that everyone on a computer could do with. All these lazy people have to do is simply buy something from their own store and they help SFI, which helps them by way of commission on the products.
Let me ask you a question - How many people do you know that wash the dishes? How many people do you know that use vitamins? Exactly! The wise person joins SFI, buys some of the stuff they sell, and tells a couple of their friends or family about them. Guess what? Some of them want to buy the products at wholesale prices and join SFI. After all, it is free. They’ve then got an affiliate under them, who helps earn them commission simply by buying something they have to buy anyway! Isn’t that the type of business to be in!
That’s about it for the time being! I’ve had my little grumble about people who want something for nothing.
