A couple of funny things happened this week. Firstly, I couldn't
give $10 away!
Whilst surfing at
Traffic Era I saw, in chat, that one of my team-mates,
Nickybite, was asking another member if he knew of any way to make money online. As it happens, I've been a member of
Ad-Ventures4U for around three months, and now earn just over $10 a week from them. Those that know me, I hope, will know me to be a fairly generous sort - and I decided to offer
Nickybite a bit of a helping hand. I sent him a personal message, it's here:

Hi,
I was watching chat, this morning, when you were talking to Robbie about ways to earn money on the internet.
Well, I've been with an exchange called "Ad-Ventures4u" for just over three months and, just by surfing 25 sites each day there, I now earn just over $10 a week - and it grows EVERY week as well!
They're a "revenue sharing" exchange, which means that they share 75-90% of their advertising income with paid up members.
Now, it's free to join but, to earn, you must purchase "ventures" for a minimum of $10, through AlertPay (they don't accept Paypal.)
What I'd be happy to do, because I know that it's
NOT a con as I've been paid many times, is to actually
PAY $10 FROM MY OWN POCKET, to buy 10 ventures, so you can start earning money.
If you fancy it, join by clicking on my referral link, http://ad-ventures4u.com?r=66390
I only have just over $6 in my AlertPay account at the moment I'll purchase 10 ventures for you next week, when I get paid again from them.
Best Wishes,
John.
So far so good, eh? Offering to put up $10 of my own cash to help a team-mate out. Well, this is the reply I got:

have you got payment?

because i ve worked on several similar programs

Obviously didn't quite take in the fact that I was putting up the money,
in full, for him! Nonetheless, I replied, with the payment proof he'd asked for, though at this stage, I was wondering why I'd made the offer!
12 hours later, even though he'd been surfing, I'd got no reply - so I sent him a message telling him the offer was no longer available. Lo and behold, 5 hours after that, he send me a message tellng me he's joining! Too late, Nicky -
far too late! It was a genuine offer, but I won't hold an offer like that open indefinitely!
Secondly, during big races at
Traffic Era, I sometimes like to award incentives to whoever get, say, the 222nd clock - my reasoning being that it encourages team-mates to stay surfing a little longer, increasing our chance of winning.
Well, this week, I was offering credits at
Traffic Splash -
500 to be precise - for whoever got the 222nd clock. Guess who got it? Yep,
Nickybite!
But he announced that he wasn't a member there. I offered to send him my referral link in a message, so that he could join.
3 days after that, he decided to join -
under someone else! Bless him. On me telling him that I'd transferred the credits and thanking(!) him for joining under someone else, this was his reply:

Thanks, Nicky, for your commitment to teamwork, and good luck in your next team.
